The Situation
Mr & Mrs Anderson only had £260 left after paying rent, housekeeping and other essential living costs but every month needed to find over £700 to satisfy credit card and loan repayments.
They had been using credit cards to help pay for food shopping, loan repayments and it had got to the point where the credit cards had reached their limit. Every month they could see the balance getting higher and higher and even though they were making minimum repayments, the balance on the credit cards did not seem to be reducing and they were struggling.
They had already taken a consolidation loan out the year before and tried again to consolidate but to no avail and were declined for a consolidation loan this time round. The Express Debt Solution
Mrs & Mrs Anderson contacted Express Debt Solutions and have now entered into an Individual Voluntary Arrangement with their creditors. They are paying £260 to the arrangement every month and will pay this every month for 60 months which will total £15,600 over the 5 years. Mr & Mrs Andersons creditors have agreed that as long as they stick to the plan, any debt not paid within 60 months will be written off. This means at least £14,773 of their debt will be written off. Debt to be written off: £14,773
Mr & Mrs Anderson are now living within their budget and can finally see an end to the debt repayments all because of an Express Debt Solution! This is a "Real Life" example however we have changed the names to protect individual identities.
